Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Pure Skin & Wax, every appointment is reserved especially for you! As a small, independently owned business, I value your time and appreciate you respecting mine.
I understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change. To ensure I can accommodate all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 12 hours' notice: No charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-shows without notice: 100% of the scheduled service total.
Booking & Payments
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but may be charged if the cancellation policy is violated. Cancellation and no-show fees are not credited toward future services.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the service and availability. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, the 50% late-cancellation fee may apply.
